Where: Called the Loft District by its residents, this neighborhood stretches from Broad Street to 10th Street, and from Vine Street to Spring Garden Street.
Who lives there: Young professionals are rapidly moving in as more space is converted to expensive lofts.
What it looks like: Old factories converted or in the process of being converted to lofts, mixed in with still-abandoned sites.
