Thursday night boasts two hot tickets, pick one and enjoy. 1) This combination is as weird as they come. In the name of vodka, all hail The Grey Goose Music Tour featuring Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Eight Ball & MJG, Lil Jan & the Eastside Boyz, Lady May and Now City. Who? When? Where? WTF? Well it’s sure to be interesting. Thu., Sept. 19, The TLA, 334 South St., 215-336-2000, 9 p.m., $20, $22 DOS. Or 2) Are you tired of Arrakis Records yet? Say no, say no! Well here they come again with Party Party Party, a record release jam for their very own Digs Darklighter in support of his latest wax attack, Sneaker Money (single in stores now!). It’s all roasted and hosted by Uncle T with mic checkin’ from The Masters (with DJ Kwestion) and 40th Dimension. Rep’n the turntables, it’s none other than DJs Low Budget and Major Taylor, and yes, they promise to make you “shake dat ass.” Thu., Sept. 19, Silk City, Fifth and Spring Garden sts., 215-592-8838, 9 p.m.-2 a.m., $5 (women free).

Friday night keeps the twofer theme poppin' a lil' sumptin' like this: 1) Bow wow wow yippie yo yippie yay, the boy who dropped the "Lil'" from his name is in the house! Trucking along for Bow Wow's Scream II Tour, B2K and IMX sum up the young bill. Fri., Sept. 20, First Union Spectrum, 3601 S. Broad St., 215-336-2000, 7:30 p.m., $37.50. Or 2) Get a little more serious, or should we say, grown up, with Public Enemy, Dilated Peoples and Blackalicious. Fri., Sept 20, The Electric Factory, 421 N. Seventh St., 215-336-2000, 9 p.m., $20, $22 DOS.

Saturday's its very own twosome too. 1) The Philadelphia College Festival presents The Roots live in concert on Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Sat., Sept. 21, Eakins Oval, Benjamin Franklin Pkwy., www.campusphilly.org for more information, 2 p.m., free. Or 2) Ladies Night at Silk City boasts DJ Major Taylor on the ones and twos spinning hip-hop hits for the masses, or the asses. Sat., Sept. 21, Silk City, $5.

Sunday and Monday? Sit tight. Tuesday! Remember Frequency at Soul Sanctuary? Well, it's called The Outlet now and you'll find it at Malokai on South Street. With a live band and a turntable technician on the set, it's all gravy. The Outlet welcomes poets, MCs, songbirds and musicians. The only requirement is talent. Got that? Let the breakers break and the haters hate, we'll see you in the house. Tue., Sept. 24, Malokai, 218 South St., for more inforation, e-mail thephillyoutlet@yahoo.com, 9 p.m.-2 a.m., $5.

Peace!
