Want to be seen on the scene? Done Deal Entertainment brings the ruckus for the stylin’ crowd at Glam’s new weekly, Hot Tub Thursdays -- beckoning "the grown and sexy" with two hot tubs bubbling over for the Speedo-wearers. With oodles of freebies, drink specials and maybe a model or two in the house, this isn’t the usual Beat Box-type party, but DJ Jay-Ski is always vicious on the decks. And listen grungy types: Your entrance is at the club’s discretion and based on some N.Y./L.A. bullshit. Dress fashionable. Thu., Aug. 14, 10 p.m., $10, 52 S. Second St., 267-671-0840. You have to register to vote to get into Russell Simmons’ Hip-Hop Summit. That’s not too much to ask. Check out p. 62 for more info. Thu., Aug. 14, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. (registration begins at 8 a.m.), Liacouras Center, Temple University, Broad and Montgomery sts.

Remember the days of bus-trippin' to the amusement park? Hit rewind for Disco Dave's Let Me Take You On A Hip-Hop Ride to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. Sat., Aug. 16, 12:30 p.m., $55 (includes eight-hour stay at parks, transportation and snacks), departs from 38th and Spring Garden sts., 215-382-1748.

The hip-hop generation storms the usually older-audienced Dell East this week with The Rappers Delight Tour. The name speaks to those oldheads, but the Delight stage will be commanded by fresher-faced rappers: Joe Budden, Mr. Cheeks, Memphis Bleek and Cold Blue. Jersey City's Joe Budden skyrocketed to the top of the charts with his first single, "Pump It Up." But the buck stops there; Def Jam may have a hit single on their hands, but the rest of the album? Naw. Lost Boys frontman Mr. Cheeks always brings a party in his back pocket. Then there's Roc-A-MC clone, Memphis Bleek. No comment. Mon., Aug. 18, 8 p.m., $10-$20, The Dell East, Ridge Ave. and Huntingdon Dr., 215-685-9560, www.delleast.org.

Once a month, local hip-hop aficionados and heavyweights alike spark up some serious dialogue at the Greater Philadelphia Hip Hop Alliance meeting. Speak your mind. Tue., Aug. 19, 7:30 p.m., University Square Community Room, 3901 Market St., 215-382-1748, www.gphha.org.

DJs wanted. Shine on at the Aug. 24 Jam Master Jay Tribute at Club Flow. DJs will be expected to wax on for five minutes each with a few Run-D.M.C. beats in the mix. For more information, contact Malika Love at 215-715-5846 or M1Love@aol.com.

The last word: Outerspace has just joined the lineup for the Jedi Mind Tricks album release concert at North by Northwest in a few weeks. Expect their Babygrande Records debut this fall. And who peeped Baby Blak (on the mic) and Sam Katz (on a skateboard) at the Stevie Williams skate demo last Friday? Watch out Mayor Street -- skateboarders and hip-hoppers are a force to be reckoned with.
