Robert and two of his buddies drive down to New Orleans and get fucked up with psycho women. Robert and his catch, a lesbian bartender from Arkansas, fall into a dysfunctional long-distance relationship. When Annabel fucks that up by fucking women, Robertís a broken man, moving back into his parentsí house. He canít deal with being alone, so he falls into a dysfunctional relationship with an indifferent nurse, and they move from New York to New Orleans to Philadelphia. When Nancy fucks that up by working long hours, wanting alone time and chatting with other men at a party while her boyfriend makes out with another woman, Robertís a broken man. Fortunately, he finds a decent woman, and they fuck their brains out. Unfortunately, Monaís married to Robertís best friend, and she fucks things up by occasionally sleeping with her husband and constantly thinking of their sonís welfare. Lasnerís a poorly domesticated Kerouac, on the road just long enough to hate whomever he meets and wherever he is. How many ways can one hate a place? Robert hates the city of brotherly love. He hates "the city of the brotherly unclothed." He hates "the city of the motherly thumb." He hates "the home of Tastee cakes and untastee pussys." He hates "the city of cock-sucking indifference." For Fuckís Sake delights in one manís filth. Robert rhapsodizes about his vomit and sanctifies his shit. He fantasizes about fucking some sense into his women. Thereís something to be said for telling your story because youíll explode if you keep it inside any longer. Based on what Lasner lets out in print, he was overdue for a messy eruption.
