Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, you have to walk into The Khyber for competitive movie trivia this Monday. Modeled after the long-running music brainbuster Pop Quiz, this film version, you will be shocked, shocked! to find, is just as diabolically difficult. Teams of two to four will answer 50 questions devised by quizmaster Jason G. Who's Jason G.? He's just like any other cinephile who mans the door at The Khyber, only more so. The prize may amount to more than a hill of beans; if you win at this little game you play, you'll put stuff on the bill and they (The Khyber) will tear the bill up. It's very convenient. Second prize: an assortment of DVDs. Third prize: porn (maybe We'll Always Shave Paris?). So round up the usual suspects. In fact, realizing the importance of the All-Philly film knowledge bragging rights and the chance at fabulous prizes, round up twice the usual number of suspects (well, up to four). I don't know if you make plans that far ahead, Mr. Adams, but I'm looking at you, kid. Play it once, Sam. For old times' sake.
Screen Test, Mon., Feb. 16, 9 p.m., The Khyber, 56 S. Second St., 215-238-5888.
