Bring the whole family to the Jessica Karrat Dance Scholarship Fund Fundraiser. All proceeds go to scholarships to help aspiring dancers take classes and fulfill their dreams. The 76ers Dance Team welcomes attendees and signs autographs. (Are they famous?) The popular and fiercely debated producers forum Beat Society returns with producers Nottz (on the ASR-10), Chops (with his custom-made "Chops box") and Kleph Dollaz and Bear One (both on the ASR-10 and MPC2000XL). While the event showcases the producers, it’s going to be hard to ignore vocals from hip-hop soulman Raheem DeVaughn. Please, Jive Records, release this man’s album already! Brick City MC Flo Brown returns to her former Black Lily home stage. L Dorado also performs and DJ Sat-One spins. Wed., March 31, 10 p.m.-2 a.m., $8, The Five Spot, 5 S. Bank St., www.beatsociety.com.
