Spicy dishes are best served by sizzling waiters. The firecrackers at this Old City hot spot wear tall, dark and handsome well, but the best-tipped are in full employment on the weekends. Venture in on a less-than-bumping weeknight and the lookers will be lukewarm at best.

Contrary to popular gayborhood belief, the hottest men aren't taking orders at Bump. Around the corner from the rainbow romper room sits a BYOB stud heaven staffed by an army of demigods. Manager Ed Hackett says his selective hiring process assures the waiters are at least as hot as the food — and that they apply hair product religiously. Choice angelic waiter: Nick Maldonado. (Sorry to burst your bubble, boys, but he's straight.)

Gorgeous should be on the menu. This fusion fixture, located beneath Fluid nightclub, features some of the foxiest servers that side of South Street. Taming the food fantasies of the sweaty post-club crew is the goal of these beautiful creatures, and they leave not a sensory table unturned.
