4 Number of overtimes played in the La Salle men's basketball team's win over Central Connecticut Dec. 18, which was their sixth win on the way to a 7-0 start, before losing to undefeated Villanova.

38 Percentage of 1,200 likely Pennsylvania voters who approve of President Bush's overall job performance, according to a poll conducted by Strategic Vision on Dec. 16-18. Also, 55 percent disapprove and 7 percent were undecided.

670 Approximate number of calories in The Franklin Fountain's maple eggnog shake, as estimated by "The Soda Men," who remind you: "All those faddish, calorie-burning diets may return Jan. 1, but will wane by the start of our 2006 season—March 3."
