Cheeseburger in Paradise
750 Middletown Blvd., Langhorne, 215-757-3170
Just in case you needed one more reason to bare-knuckle box Jimmy Buffett, the singer's licensed chain has dropped anchor at the Oxford Valley Mall. Expect a massive influx of Parrotheads to this 7,720-square-foot Caribbean-inspired interpretation of Buffett's swan song. "Everybody has some kind of version of paradise. This is ours," the press kit quotes him saying. Them be fighting words.
Bite This: The Tiki Bar claims to have the "coldest draft beer" around, undoubtedly chilled by the frosty critical reception of Buffett's last 70 albums.
Asian Fusion Bistro
720 Cheltena Ave., Jenkintown, 215-887-8086
Open for a few weeks now, the Bistro took over for the defunct Rainbow Chinese Restaurant, and offers everything from sushi to Thai specialties. It's not exactly "fusion," as the ethnic traditions are separated by section, but the dishes are affordable enough to try one of each.
Bite This: The grilled camphor tea-smoked duck breast is served with salad and your choice of steamed rice, pasta, montou or scallion pancakes.

Goji
2001 Hamilton St.
Owner Jake Takahashi has marked the end of January for the grand opening of his flagship U.S. restaurant, which already has 15 locations in Japan. He's assembled a superstar kitchen staff, including two chefs from NYC's Nobu, to create "Tokyo cuisine," a combination of contemporary technique and traditional practices dating back to the samurai age. Goji will also offer sake martinis, which are hot in New York but virtually nonexistent here.
Bite This: Get traditional with the kasane soba, a tiered tower of buckwheat noodles in a secret sauce.
Nineteen, an American Brasserie
Park Hyatt at the Bellevue, 19th floor, Broad and Walnut sts.
Set to open in February, this affordably priced cafe will sell a variety of seafood-inspired dishes in the New American tradition. Executive chef Richard Hebben will head the kitchen. Expect a temperature-controlled wine tasting room, an alcoved marble-top bar and a handsome collection of works by Philadelphia artists. Bite This: The raw bar will feature more than 20 selections, including oysters, mussels, clams and scallops.
