What Makes You So Special:

"Certain people won't get over the fact that these ladies are bigger women, and that's what we're fighting against—people looking at them like they're from outer space," says Wilkes. "Some people are just big … I don't agree with obesity, just because I have a pageant for plus-sized women, but I'm trying to make a point that everyone who's big is not unhealthy, and everyone who's big is not necessarily fat. What about midgets? Some people small, some people big."
