Not impressed by the turkey-shaped butter Mom buys for Thanksgiving?

Mark the wonders of cholesterol with the 100th birthday of Keller's Creamery and the return of the "Butterflies!" exhibit at the Academy of Natural Sciences. Local food sculptor Jim Victor will mold more than 100 pounds of butter into massive butterfly sculptures at the Liberty Place rotunda and the Academy this weekend in celebration of both.

Victor's intricate butter, cheese and chocolate carvings have been the centerpiece at loads of state fairs and farm shows, but this time he'll earn his keep in front of Center City suits. If lard doesn't get your heart churning, a stroll through the revamped tropical butterfly paradise at the Academy just might.
