Choice Platters

1 Mike Z.

"Tattooed Mom's (530 South St., 215-238-9880) vegan chicken club is three slices of white bread, a faux chicken patty, Fakin' Bacon, lettuce and tomato," explains Mike Z., of Sorted and Making Time fame. "Don't forget to ask for vegan mayo or they'll give you the real stuff. Café Loftus' (136 S. 15th St., 215-988-9486) gourmet nut butter sandwiches are a great afternoon snack. My favorite is the pear pistachio: toasted wheat bread with pistachio butter, sliced Anjou pear and cherry jam."

2 Robert Drake

The Sex Dwarf spinner doesn't stray far from the booth at Club Fluid. Downstairs, The Latest Dish (613 S. Fourth St., 215-629-0565) is home to The Tasty Drake, his namesake cocktail. "People ask me what's in it and I tell them it's fruity and full of booze — just like me. It's a mix of the white liquors, cranberry and pineapple juices — a modified Long Beach Iced Tea."

3 Julian S. Process

It's Mexi all the way for this Click and Making Time DJ — especially El Jarocho (1138 S. 13th St., 215-463-2020). "The tacos carnitas are seasoned perfectly and priced reasonably — six bones for three tacos. Screw those five-bucks-for-two-tacos joints, you know who you are! The place is spotless and the peeps who work there are all awesome. Plus, you get the salsa crema chipotle on the side, and that stuff is binoculars."

4 Shawn Ryan

"I'm a repeat offender with the nachos at The Royal Tavern (937 E. Passyunk Ave., 215-389-6694)," says Hurrah! DJ Shawn Ryan. "I get 'em with everything possible: corn tortilla chips with mozzarella and jack cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. I even add the veggie beef."

5 Julie G.

"The place I eat the most is the Famous Fourth Street Deli (700 S. Fourth St., 215-922-3274)," says Driz Horse DJ Julie G. "It's great for hangovers. I order the delish egg and cheese on thick, toasted multigrain bread. They give you ridiculously huge plates of food, and free chocolate chip cookies with the check. Also, if you're really lucky, you'll get seated under the autographed photo of Richard Simmons, professing that Fourth Street's cookies 'make [his] thighs quiver.'"
