Flutist Mimi Stillman's delightful Dolce Suono series of chamber music concerts throw off a casual and elegant vibe that makes them feel like coffee-house happenings as much as classical music events. The venue, the intimate and acoustically warm Rosenwald Gallery way up in Penn's main library, helps, but the main draw is the high level of talent that Stillman attracts. The next installment is an all-Baroque program, with a mezzo soprano from the Chemnitz Opera in Germany (Donna Morein); Philly Orchestra players Hirono Oka on violin and Yumi Kendall on cello; and Temple's Jeremy Gill on harpsichord. And of course, ringleader Mimi on the root-a-toot-toot flute. Music of Bach, Handel and Vivaldi.

Wed., April 11, 7:30 p.m., free, Rosenwald Gallery, Van Pelt-Dietrich Library, 3420 Walnut St., 215-898-7088, www.mimistillman.org.
