The stage will be filled to the gills when the Annenberg Center presents the Moscow Festival Ballet. The company boasts a whopping 50 members, many of whom hail from the Bolshoi or Kirov ballet troupes — meaning they've got impressive technical chops and are stalwart proponents of the precise and pretty Russian classical genre. MFB's forte is the full-length ballet, and here they stage a classic of the genre, Cinderella, about a rags-to-riches gal and her fairy godmother, wicked stepmom and stepsisters, and of course, that handsome prince. Danced to a dramatic score by Prokofiev, the storybook ballet is a great way to turn young ones on to the finer arts. A pre-show dinner buffet held in the Annenberg Center's lobby includes a presentation on fairy tales by members of the Enchantment Theatre Company. All in all, this here's a charming evening.

Wed., April 11, 7:30 p.m., $35-$45, Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, 3680 Walnut St., 215-898-3900, www.pennpresents.org.
