Sioux Zanne Messix is adding some serious glam to necklines with her champagne top necklaces. The Philadelphia-based designer surrounds Pol Roger, Chandon, Piper Sonoma, Pop, Korbel and Louis Roederer caps with rhinestones and strings them up on bold beaded necklaces. All that sippin' wearing out your lip gloss? Flip the cap over for a touch-up in the mini-mirror and keep it poppin'. Messix estimates she's been churning out the bubbly jewelry for at least 15 years, and occasionally throws in some bracelets and earrings. Cheers to that.
