A: The Department of Public Health has graciously provided us with an updated list of establishments — both public and private — that have applied for and received official smoking ban waivers. While there may be other places in the city that allow smoking, we're only listing the establishments found on the Health Department's official exemption list. Please note that the list at citypaper.net/smoke does not include private venues with exemptions, such as social clubs, American Legion Posts, VFWs and Union Leagues.
