Sippin' by the River comes full circle again this year with something for every brand of imbiber. Winos can swirl and sniff with experts Richard Unti and Robert Peters at the Wine Ambassador booth. Philadelphia Brewing Co.'s pavilion will be filled with craft brews and Standard Tap fare. VIPs can enjoy an air-conditioned tent with "tutored tastings" and gourmet grub. Purchase $25 passports and roam the six participating vineyards and wineries in southern Chester County, reveling in tastings, concerts, food, art — and hayrides. The best part?
