Local environmentalist and city planner Todd Baylson founded the Green Perspective in an effort to provide gift-givers with a few more Earth-friendly options. Baylson and his team have created four minimally packaged, environmentally sound gift bags, brimming with local content wherever possible.

Our favorite, Green Your Kitchen, includes bamboo flatware, basil seeds, the cutest little loofah scrubber ever, Michael Pollan's In Defense of Food and more, all stuffed into one of those expandable string bags.
