Chipotle, which is opening a location up in University City, is making us an offer we can't refuse. A free made-to-order burrito, overstuffed with braised carnitas and cilantro-lime rice ... or cumin-seasoned black beans and chicken marinated in chipotle-pepper sauce ... or Hass avocado guac, salsa and cheese. We could go on. Did we mention this is free? (You get a soda, too!) They're more generous than Rita's in the springtime. Expect ridiculous lines.
