According to Saddle Creek's site, Enchanted Islands, the new album by Omaha band Beep Beep, is "a bewitched fantasia for a mysticized and genetically mutated Galapágos Islands." Sure. It's also a spastic rock album whose whip-smart riffs and hip-shaking beats will make you think of Brit-pop, not Merlin or mad science.
