As chef de cuisine at Jose Garces' latest restaurant, Chad Williams spends his nights interpreting Peruvian-meets-Cantonese "chifa" cooking. As fashion director of two.one.five magazine, Catzie Vilayphonh spends her days blending street style with DIY, copping influences from Amelia Earhart to torture chic. The two mixed up a clean, casual look topped with a work-or-play spring jacket. Keeping the apparel basic, though, means the shoes have to shine; Chad spent the shoot trying to figure out a way to “accidentally” walk out the door with Catzie’s straight-from-Hong-Kong, not-ever-for-sale Nike Air Max Clots.
