Nature know-it-all Charles Darwin pondered seriously if plants slept. He noticed that many of them folded up their leaves at night, as if wrapping a green blanket around themselves before nodding off. Artist Eve Andrée Laramée asks the logical next question: If plants slept, what would they dream about? Her answer lies in a reimagined magic lantern, which projects abstract photos and illustrations of the plants' hypothetical reveries. Though their dreams concern exactly what you'd expect — other plants, the weather, lawn mowers — the piece is still surprising in its fantastical, funny delivery.
