Sci-fi geek Megan Mazarick grew up on Star Trek and Dungeons & Dragons. Still fascinated by fantasy, she now expresses herself through dance and film presentations that are often quirky and nonlinear. In her latest work, the world of video turns abstract when the players become one with their games by turning into avatars, enabling Mazarick to have fun going otherworldly while making sly observations on pop culture.
