Feel free to take Anne-Marie Mulgrew and Dancers' latest show with a grain of salt, because, well, that's what it's all about. The white stuff is much more than a basic food condiment — apparently serving as a kind of Viagra in the Middle Ages. Shaking out all sorts of fascinating tidbits — with dance, video and sound score all based on the underappreciated mineral — this tactile performance, inspired by Mark Kurlansky's 2002 best seller, Salt: A World History, is truly sensational.
