Opening today is the 2.0 version of Sansom Street Oyster House — now known as simply Oyster House. New/old owners Sam and David Mink (their family ran the institution, sold it, then reacquired last summer) have given the space a contemporary makeover — the bar, raw bar and dining areas all flow into one another, with room for 118; the exposed brick walls are decorated with ornate oyster plates dating back to the 1800s. On the menu? A rotating selection of East and West Coast oysters, in addition to pan roasts, stews, snapper soup, a clambake bucket and more. More photos and the full menu on Meal Ticket.
This neighborhood deli, grocery and convenience store opened May 27. Arch has got all your take-outty three-meals-a-day needs covered by offering breakfast sandwiches/bagels, salads, hoagies, wraps and deli sams (corned beef, roast beef and turkey is all prepped in-house).
Watch your low-fat back, Phileo — Young Kim's Sweet Ending is coming for y'all. This frozen yogurt pit stop, which opened June 1, offers self-serve tart fruit froyo — flavors include blueberry, green tea and pomegranate — and various toppings, all for 49 cents an ounce. They're open from 10 to 10 Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and till 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Unnamed Di Bruno Bros. Wine Bar
920 S. Ninth St.
Di Bruno VP Emilio Mignucci is saying mid-August for the cheesemongers' wine bar, which'll serve Euro specialties (think Iberico ham, rabbit panini and wild boar ragout). It'll seat about 40 inside and 20-some-odd outside. No name just yet — Mignucci says they've whittled it down to a mere 30 possibilities. Check out renderings of the space on Meal Ticket.
