Toiling in obscurity, Arden Theatre Co.'s professional apprentices are seldom seen by audiences, unless moving props and scenery or delivering preshow announcements. But they work nonstop in what Managing Director Amy Murphy calls "theater boot camp." Come June, the survivors produce, design, develop and perform a show, and it's always a hoot. Expect lots of (pent-up) energy and gentle fun-poking at the Arden; The name Slightly Irregular spoofs the currently running Something Intangible, methinks.
