Artists Ed Looram, Isaac Ramos, Jeremy Dean, Lorin Brown and Nick Hans remembered a time before the words "iPod" and "Internet" had been crammed into their vocabularies, and collaborated to present a multimedia exhibit showcasing the cultural influences of their late-'80s/early-'90s childhoods. Curated by Mason Warner, "COMING UP" is a must-see for anyone nostalgic for CDs, the Wu-Tang Clan or vert ramp skateboarding. Warner hopes the show will depict the artists' personal reflections and the transition of ancient popular culture into the contemporary classic styles that it currently manifests. "It's based on the things that formed not only artists, but so many people of our generation," says Warner.
