Locals Cat Downs and Michelle Evans, proprietors of catFlowers, are looking to change that. Their soft, all-fabric headbands are made with vintage floral prints, lace and cotton. But achieving comfort doesn't mean having to sacrifice style — these skull accessories have a demure, '50s-girl-at-the-prom look.
