Ten years before Edward Cullen sent teenage hearts aflutter, fang fans were traveling to Philly to attend Dracula's Ball. Saturday's graveyard smash will feature local industrial rockers Carfax Abbey and German electro pop band Project Pitchfork, which is making its first U.S. pit stop in a decade. Vendors will hawk leather accessories and clothing, hairpieces, chain mail necklaces and — always the event's biggest draw — custom-fit fangs. And while vampire culture is more popular than ever, the ball hasn't changed. As always, anyone can attend, whether dressed in a T-shirt and jeans or a latex catsuit. But take advantage of the playful setting if you can. "If you've got something really exotic or exciting or absolutely snazzy that you're dying to wear," says founder Patrick Rodgers, "this is the time to do it."
