Never mind the title: Troubled, Shaken, Etc. , is tranquil, serene, flat-out mesmerizing. OK, it's a little dark at times: Sian Ahern's glassy intonations tend to linger hauntingly atop the group's brooding, droning grooves, which are inflected by abstract jazz, English folk, Canterbury prog and the elegance of classical minimalism. But music this lushly meditative is far more apt to calm your nerves than shake them up. And it's no trouble at all.
