They've impersonated Dow Chemical execs on BBC, and posed as Exxon representatives at oil conferences. And tonight, Andy Bichlbaum and Mike Bonanno — better known as "The Yes Men" — are coming to Philadelphia to screen their new documentary, The Yes Men Fix the World, and answer questions from the audience. "We may tell lies, but we tell smaller lies to get at bigger truths," says Bonanno of the duo's notorious hoaxes. They hoodwink the media into covering fake corporate acts of magnanimous social and environmental justice, Bonanno says, to highlight the "disturbing callousness" that characterizes so many actual corporate leaders. "I hope that people will be more willing to act when they see what we've done, and see how nothing bad has come of it for us."
