"Jubilee" seems a fitting tag for the 40th season of a dance company so versed in versatility. To celebrate, Christopher Huggins premières Bolero, while Jawole Willa Jo Zollar contributes a mouthful — The Walkin', Talkin', Signifying Blue Hips, Lowdown Throwdown (Batty Moves). Add in George Faison's Suite Otis and Pulse from Momix's Daniel Ezralow and you've got quite a jubilee. Danco founder Joan Myers Brown insists she'd like to "simply retire and play jacks on the porch with my grandkids." Nice thought, but she's already prepping Danco for tours in Europe and Mexico. The kids'll have to wait.
