Your Valentine's Day could be filled with sweet surprises — like a bulky package under a little black dress. Twice each month, Angela Gardner (pictured) hosts transgender-friendly shindigs that bring together born women and women who are packing heat in their lace panties. Gardner hopes the TGs will wear the dresses they won't don on Sunday to this pre-V-Day party instead. "[The transgendered] want a place to go that's primarily for them," she says, "where they can dress how they want and act like a girl."
