Cabaret Red Light's ambitious, five-part burlesque endeavor "The Experiment" is meant to arouse the senses and stimulate the mind. Through vaudeville and original music, time travelers will recount their travels in the future, when Pornographic Socialism's slogan "working hard, staying hard" reigns. With monthly installments February through June, the psychedelic journey begins with "The Machine," and continues to evolve with freshly created material and special guests every month. Expanding on the success of last year's "The Seven Deadly Sins," co-director/creator Peter Gaffney explains the motivation behind the theme as, "What could be worse than hell, than the future?"
