Tuna Tasting Menu at Blackfish
Tue., March 2, $45
Blackfish chef/owner Chip Roman gets to stretch his creative muscles each week with a four-course tasting menu focused on one featured ingredient. This week, he's offering tuna cooked three ways — a pickled app with avocado; poached with honshimeji mushrooms and spinach; and seared with olives and verjus (acidic juice pressed from unripe grapes). For dessert, maple and bourbon brioche.
