[ don't make excuses, make it happen ]

I was never a gym rat, I'm not one for physical activity and being able to complete a full push-up was never on my bucket list. That is, until I met Sgt. Nate, the founder of Professional Touch Fitness. Sure, Sarge's workout is hard as hell and my body uses muscles that laid dormant for so long they didn't even know they existed, but at least my classmates and I get to giggle while doing an inordinate amount of sit-ups. Sgt. Nate offers three programs: five days a week, a three-day flex plan and a walk-in program for those just looking to give it a whirl. The former U.S. Army sergeant just wants you to try, and if you do, he'll break out some Michael Jackson dance moves, bestow you with a coveted nickname (me=Milly Molly) or just make you laugh so hard you forget how much your abs hurt.
