Tsai's also offering a menu of light bites in addition to her 59-tea selection. More on Meal Ticket. Hours: Mon.-Fri., 7 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sat., 8 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sun., 8 a.m.-6 p.m. 701-703 S. Fifth St., 215-238-8TEA.
