La Tomatina Tastings at Amada
Through Aug. 25, $55

La Tomatina, an annual festival in Buñol, Spain, is one of the world's biggest food fights, with participants attacking each other with more than 150,000 tomatoes each year. In honor of this culinary riot, Amada has put together a four-course menu centered around the juicy ammunition. You can stop in any time to try the prix-fixe meal, which will highlight fresh summer flavors with dishes like tomate coca, salmorejo soup and ensalada de tomate con chorizo. Jose Garces kindly requests that you refrain from hurling your meal across his dining room. Amada, 217 Chestnut St., 215-625-2450, amadarestaurant.com.
