re:LIBERALISM!INDOCTRINATION!
I don't agree with the undertakings of "Swellco & Swellco," I'm really tired of people just trying to be shocking because they can't think of anything else to keep people's attention. I don't think it's liberalism or indoctrination...it's distasteful, but its not some liberal plot to invoke godlessness in our children. That's just blind reactionary stupidity

Art is expression and Swellco is about expressing yourself. They just happen to express themselves in a way other than humping a bible.

Hey Steve and Dave, why don't you grow a pair watch some dead hookers shake it and enjoy yourself, or go back to your closet hang up your mega phone and let the kids have fun.

Swellco is about enjoying your life while you live it. And truly live life at that. Not just living and existing but making something of it and affecting others while you're at it.

Has anyone done their research at all? I never thought I would say that a letter by a tea bagger would be closer to accurate than the response by jaded hipster, but that seems to be the case when it comes to Swellco & Swellco. Otterbein had a rare chance to get into the very disturbed mind of Robert Brown and instead wrote a fluff piece about biting chicken heads. I met Brown several years ago when he bartended at 1601. He is a real life egomaniac Tyler Durden covered in tattoos of sideshow characters, a charismatic psychopath.  As the story goes, he is a smart business professional who had a mental breakdown years ago and jumped off the grid. Guess how I know this? I asked. He is completely scary in his apocalyptic ranting once you get him talking. If Otterbein had taken even a moment to delve into what's behind all of this, she could have written an amazing article that would have spurred more of a debate than wether fake blood is passe, or giving tea baggers another over simplified knee jerk. While it is art, it's also very likely that it's indoctrination. Parents really should lock up their children, the ranting supporters on this comment board attest to that as much as the tea bagger concerns.
