It may take two to tango, but when you add six more couples, a vocalist and a nine-piece band, look out, the sparks are gonna fly. Indeed, Luis Bravo's Forever Tango produces serious fireworks in the form of overt sensuality, expert partnering and intricate footwork. Some of the steps are truly, fantastically tricky. But the show is not just for kicks; it traces the history of tango, from the dance style's gritty beginnings in late-19th-century Buenos Aires bordellos, up to its current status as a big draw on Broadway. It's as fun a dance lesson as you'll ever have.
