While we're all deciding where to put The Brutalist Bricks on our best-of-2010 lists, Ted Leo's getting back together with his old hardcore band, Citizens Arrest, for a couple shows in New York and Philly (where some of the Citizens live). These days we know Teddy Rockstar by his smart, jangly rock songs. Citizens Arrest? Well, they're more like pure punk sweat: two-minute songs full of vein-popping vocals and heavy, indelicate guitars. Brutal fun.
