And considering the pushes he's been making in the past year to, for lack of a better term, "young up" his flagship restaurants (printing the LBF menu in English; lowering prices at Brasserie Perrier; inviting me to cocktail receptions with people way cooler, hotter and richer than me, so I just stand in the corner chugging comp Cotes du Rhone and being like "Dude, is that John Bolaris?!"; etc.), would it be that surprising if this was a launchpad for some newyounghip venture? (Or, as Foobooz notes, a PR push for Table 31, opening May 2?) Got my eye on you, Georges.
