City Paper and Foobooz: Making Bobby Flay nervous since 2008

Foobooz's Kirsten Henri recently sat in as a guest judge on the soft pretzel episode of Throwdown! But Foobooz editor Arthur Etchells and I also got a turn to make Bobby Flay sweat. In January, we critiqued grilled cheese sandwiches at The Pop Shop in Collingswood.

I'll have more commentary on this — the single most surreal experience of my life — after the fact, but in the meantime, tune in to the Food Network this Sunday at 10 p.m. and watch me make awkward comments like "This cheese really POPS!"
