Oriel Elbahary has opened the first of two sandwich shops he has planned for Philly. (The second, at 4324 Main St. in Manayunk, should debut this spring.) Pita Uno does falafel, plus pitas filled with your choice of lamb, chicken, hummus or a combo of your choosing; they also serve rice platters, salads and desserts.
